Thanks for this opportunity. I linked to a post in which I reviewed my 2014 goals.
ReplyDeleteThanks for this opportunity! I don't write a special needs blog but the post I linked is about my son with Aspergers.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Ellen and Everyone! I posted two, I hope that's OK. The first, about setting limits in mothering a complex child is actually a video interview and it's my favourite of the year. The second about worrying about aging out of my capacity to be a good Mom is something I wrote this week... a New Year's reflection. Thank you for the opportunity to share!
ReplyDeleteThank you for this! I linked to a post on my most popular posts of 2014,
ReplyDelete#25 I'm Julia's Mom - Rare Bird: I think this was my favorite of 2014. Thank you Ellen!
ReplyDelete#30 A year ago, things felt very bleak as I was having a hard time dealing with my second son's diagnosis of duplication 15q. A year's worth of hard work and happy memories later, my outlook is much brighter :) Thanks for the chance to share!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year everyone! Thanks for giving us this fantastic opportunity to share our posts Ellen. I've added one of my favourite posts of 2014 (Dear Santa - Part 1). Tomorrow I celebrate my first year of blogging - yay!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you Ellen and your family. I have posted "Respite - taking the first step". My son has CP and is now 19 and it took me that many years to feel okay with respite and then only for his sake in the future. His need to accept help and have others do things for him. It turned out being a wonderful experience for the whole family. I'd still like to change the name from "respite" but that is a whole other blog! I hope 2015 has lots of great things in store for Max and the rest of your family. Julie
ReplyDeleteMe again - I've also posted my gift guide as this was a favorite among our readers. I loved hearing how they found something on there that solved a gift they needed to buy for their child or relative with special needs. The respite one was my favorite because I felt it was an important life step for our family but the gift guide was definitely a helpful one to others. Julie
ReplyDeleteHaving fun reading everyone's posts. I've shared the top 5 posts on Words I Wheel By from 2014 - the ones that got people talking, resonated with people, stirred up some controversy, and helped me grow as an advocate.
ReplyDeleteWow what a year it has been! #43 is all about our year of the Jar Project. And #44 is our favorite android apps that we use almost everyday. I hope 2015 is great for everyone!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year! Thanks for this great link up. All the best to you and your family for 2015!
ReplyDeleteI love this page. It's so great to be able to find and read other blogs from special needs families. Thanks for doing this!
