Thanks for hosting! I am #7 this week, I wrote about how to make the holidays more inclusive by focusing on our senses and sensory experiences.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the opportunity to share, Ellen! Mine is #14 - a must read! I love that Kid Rock did not just pop in for a PR photo opp, but hung out for almost 2 hours, according to the Facebook page. You've gotta see his face in the video when Kid Rock walks in! ReplyDeleteThank you Ellen! #23 this week - Since I HAVE to be aware, might as well write about it.
ReplyDeleteHi Ellen, Thanks as always for sharing so much information. I have added a blog I wrote this week sharing some hand function fun ideas which will help kids isolate their pointer, encourage a pincer grip and also a 'how to' enable guided access on an iPad to help with keeping kids in a particular program. I hope it is helpful to others. Julie
ReplyDeleteMe again! I thought I would also share my son's new electric wheelchair and show all the features we like and why we chose that particular chair. New equipment is a nightmare with all the choices and considerations so although it won't be right for everyone you may find a feature that you like. Julie
ReplyDeleteEllen,
ReplyDeleteThank you for bringing community. Look forward to the reads! kwp
#46 post is not about the holidays. It is not even my most popular post this week. It is a desperate cry out to everyone I can, to pray for another family affected by X linked Hydrocephalus. Please take the time to read it and pray for this family. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI think the world needs to see the best wheelchair costumes I found this year. They are AMAZING. I shared a post that brought a smile to the face of everyone who saw it! Special needs or not, it's pretty incredible.
ReplyDeleteEllen, I've read your blog before but just now found out that you do a link-up. I'm late to the party, #52, but happy to find so many wonderful links to other bloggers. Thanks for hosting this!
ReplyDeleteIn California, we are embarking on a very exciting new way of getting services called Self-Determination that promotes much more choice and flexibility with Medicaid-waiver funding. I encourage advocates in other states to follow our lead/
