  1. Space to Change. Hello all. My post today is about a campaign that I and others are helping Firefly (Leckey) with about advocating for better changing facilities for disabled children and young people in the UK and US. The post details a recent bad experience I had changing my little boy (who has CP) in a hospital. There's also a link to a short survey if you would like to share your experiences. Have a good weekend. Mrboosmum (Premmeditations).

  2. Thanks, Ellen. Dexter has been having conductive education therapy, and the therapists have had him holding himself in a crawling position, and a sitting position. We weren't sure we'd see that! Never give up, right?! Happy weekend. (And, I'll get Dexter's mum to look at the changing facility survey - though we are in Australia... doesn't matter, I suppose. :)

  3. Hey Everyone, my post today (from Travels with Tessie Toodles) is my daughter giving the Valedictorian speech last weekend at her high school graduation. She had her younger sister (with multiple special needs) come up on stage with her to give it. So much love. :)

  7. Why can't we value people with autism and invest in them; rather than write them off as a cost?
