Special Needs Blogger Weekend Link-Up: back-to-school sanity edition
It's another Special Needs Blogger Weekend Link-Up, just in time to distract you from back-to-school mayhem!
The idea
Link to a favorite post of the week—yours or someone else's.
What to do
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of this post. Where it says "Your name" put the name of the blog followed by the title of the post (or just the name of the post, if there's no room—you get 80 characters).
Like this: Love That Max: Only Three Months Till My Birthday!
Where it says "Your URL" put the direct link to the post.
Click "Enter." Leave a comment if you want to say more. Go check out some great posts.
Happy linking!
Thank you for hosting this link-up i linked to a post I wrote Day 1089: Empathy and Cerebral Palsy it's about the relationship between Cerebral Palsy and empathy.

ReplyDeleteI haven't come across 'a typical son' before, but I love love love the 'don't mess with me' attitude! I can say mama with the same insightful advice - not the same advice, I mean the advice is always insightful - you all know what I mean! I linked up 'are your kids keeping up with the Jones'?, so maybe I'll see some of you over there. Thank you Ellen, of course - hope the back to school transition has gone mostly okay for everyone!

Thanks Ellen! I'm on vacation this week, so am repeating a previous post. Hope you still enjoy. This is about how my special daughter and her new husband saved for an important event.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ellen! I look forward to this every week. :-) I had 2 weeks of single parent-hood while my husband was out of town, one week of which was a Staycation, which we put to good use.
ReplyDeleteMy autistic son asked me a week ago why he's different. I couldn't really answer him at the time, and I'm not sure if I answered him well enough in my post, but I tried. Thank you, Ellen, for hosting this each week.
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting this every week, I look forward to "meeting" other families going through similar experiences!
ReplyDeleteThis week I wrote about different resources that can be of help when your child has any sort of speech disorder. I am still learning & would like to add to the list, but I would have loved to have one big list compiled like this when I found out my daughter had Apraxia. That's why I did it. I hope it helps someone!
