Hi Everyone, it's Friday already! Thanks as always to Ellen for hosting ~ sounds like you've had a wonderfully relaxed week as usual Ellen...
ReplyDeleteI've posted about a new household / family routine, along with why we do it and how it's worked out.
I don't even have the words to express how amazing I think post #1 is on the list just up there ~ just read it. Thank you so much for sharing Elise.

ReplyDeleteThanks, as always, Ellen! This week at A Place to Write Things, I wrote an update to my post from last week on how my daughter's first week of kindergarten is going! (Yep, we start early here! :) )
ReplyDeleteI always love reading everyone's posts on Friday. Thank you, Ellen!

thanks for the link up.. I love reading everyone's posts. cheers Gina
ReplyDeleteLove Friday's for so many reasons. But most of all, I'll get to read some incredibly good blogs! I'm guilty this week of posting one from last week. Haven't been able to get something new down because I went to a fantastic writers conference in Portland last weekend sponsored by Willamette Writers. So if you didn't read why I feel like a FRAUD raising this special girl of mine who is now an adult, then please check it out. It's #49 above. I'll be reading many of yours this weekend and leaving comments when I can. Love the comments--leaving and receiving. :-) If you don't agree with me (or even if you do), how are you raising your kids so you don't? I'd love to know. Maybe I'll write another post with a different perspective.
ReplyDeleteThanks again, Ellen.
Thanks. Been a few weeks since I 'visited', but its nice to be back. Our post this week is about equal love for both the kids - regardless of who has cerebral palsy and no vision... just equal love. I'm sure you all 'get it'!! :)
ReplyDeleteTGIF, Ellen! Oh wait. It's Saturday.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I posted on why to keep blogging. This might not seem related to disability but it is - I just got pretty discouraged and disillusioned and it took meeting a blog reader to snap me back to some good basics.
Looking forward to meeting you too, one day. I think we would have a good time, Maybe you can visit us on the Pan Am?
Grateful for this place to share!! Sharing an old post, but one I go back to and re-read sometimes just to remind myself how perspective changes the view.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for this Ellen! This week on Tales of a Tigerlilly I wrote about Lilly's first wheelchair. It has indeed been a funny old week x
ReplyDeleteLinked up again. Tried to sum up what it is like to have a child with special needs. Thanks Ellen.
