Priceless: Making your kids happy during the holiday season. Hanging out around the fireplace, watching The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, gorging on Grandma's sugar cookies and letting your little darlings stay up way too late won't cost you a cent. Presents? Not so much.
That's why MasterCard Priceless New York is sponsoring two $100 gift card giveaways, to help you buy some of the toys in the holiday gift guide or other goodies for your kids. These folks specialize in spreading cheer: The program offers MasterCard holders exclusive access to NYC restaurants, shopping and sporting events. And if you win a gift card and you'd like to treat yourself to something, too? Go for it! Because, power parent, you deserve it.
To enter to win one of the $100 gift cards, please leave a comment below about what sort of family fun you're looking forward to this season. Me, I want to get the kids new sleds, and then order us some snow from Amazon! Oh, wait, they're not yet stocking snow.

ReplyDeleteYears ago people would walk the neighborhood singing Christmas carols. This tradition seems to have faded away. I am hoping to orgranize a group in our neighborhood to go Caroling! This ought to be interesting.

ReplyDeleteI wasn't planning on putting up the Christmas tree until later (possibly even December 24th) but my 2 year old has been clamoring for me to put it up since just before Thanksgiving. My daughter is 10. This definitely will be her last "Santa" year; the writing has been on the wall for awhile, but this year so far she still believes in the Magic. So I am looking forward to one last morning of true Magic with both kids: she and her brother (who has a cognitive disability and is likely to go on believing for far longer) and the pure joy of childhood reflected in their faces on Christmas morning.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to exchange gifts. I really put a lot of thought into them and am excited to see reactions.
