How are you feeling today?

Sabrina: "Good!"

What are you excited about doing this weekend?

Sabrina: "Going to Max's birthday party. And I want to go to the ballerina party, too."

It's not a party, sweetie, it's a ballet, The Nutcracker.

"I want to go to the ballerina show!"

We're going this afternoon, and I know you'll love it! So, how's kindergarten?

Sabrina: "Good."

What's the best thing about kindergarten?

Sabrina: "I like playing outside and I like playing with my friends forever."

OK, I have a question I've been meaning to ask you.

Sabrina: "What?"

How come you only wear like to wear short-sleeve shirts even when it's freezing outside?

Sabrina: "Well, actually, I'm wearing a jacket so you won't see them."

And, while we're on the topic, why do you pull dirty pants from the laundry?

Sabrina: "Because I don't I have enough pants!"

And what kind of clothes should I buy you?

Sabrina: "Black shirts."

What are your favorite colors?

Sabrina: "Black and green."

What's your favorite TV show?

Sabrina: "SongeBob SquarePants! Can I type that?"

Sabrina "Cause you can't marry a TV show!"

Kidding! So, who's your best friend?

Sabrina: "Caleb."

Silly person, that's MAX's best friend.

Sabrina: "OK, Klara and Emma and Grace and Noa. Those are all the girls in my class. There are 10 boys!"

Do you like having a lot of boys around?

Sabrina: "Yes!"

How are the piano lessons going?

Sabrina: "I can play with all my fingers! And I like it when Joanne [Max's music therapist] plays SpongeBob and iCarly."

Are you sure you don't want to marry SpongeBob?

Sabrina: "No! He's not even real."

And how's your big-girl bed?

Sabrina: "I like it really much!"

Can Max hang out on it?

Sabrina: "NO."

Why?

Sabrina: "Because I don't want him to be in my bed, so I don't go in his bed."

Do you share with Max?

Sabrina: "Only downstairs stuff."

What's your favorite thing to play with?

Sabrina: "Legos."

What do you love doing with Daddy?

Sabrina: "When we play tennis."

What's your favorite thing to color?

Sabrina: "A pretty flower."
